4.1.12 User Management
IndiGO supports an integrated user management.
The User Management can be enabled or disabled via the system administrator. Refer to the
<User Management> <Advanced>
settings to enable or disable the user management.
Only Admins can access the user management.
Users are organized in groups, so called roles. You can assign one out of four roles for each
user.

Admin
This is the system administrator role. Administrators can change all settings of the system. New
users can be created and existing users can be deleted. Administrators have access to all
measurements created. Administrators can change the ownership of measurements and man-
age invitations of all users.
Service
Service users can change all settings of the system. New users can be created and existing us-
ers can be deleted. The access to measurements is restricted through the user management.
Other users can be invited to own projets.
User
Users can change any settings necessary to run measurements. Applications and templates
available can be created and changed. Users can access and change the filter management.
The access to the user management and any controller service functions like the system cali-
bration is denied. The access to measurements is restricted through the user management.
Other users can be invited to own projets.
Guest
Guests can run measurements in projects where they have been invited to.
