REAR WHEEL AND BRAKE DISC
REAR WHEEL REMOVAL
Park:
•
The bike on a level surface
NOTE
Place the bike on a suitable support so that the rear wheel is
raised.
Remove:
•
the fastening screws “A” from the brake calliper Fig. A
Detach:
•
the brake calliper.
•
Completely slacken the transmission chain tension.
•
Move the wheel forwards and free the transmission chain
from the sprocket Fig. B.
Remove:
•
The nut(1) and pin (14).
NOTE
During this stage, take care as the following parts will also be
separated: chain tensioner “B” adjustments Fig B sprocket side
and brake disc side, and the brake calliper support plate “C“
Fig.A.
Remove:
•
The bushing (16) brake disc side (FigC) e the shim (4)
sprocket side (FigD).
