Seat the module backplane connectors by simultaneously rotating the
inserter/extractor levers inward toward the center of the module front
panel to the horizontal position (see Figure 2-12).

Use the flat-tip screwdriver to tighten the captive retaining screws at both
ends of the module front panel.
Note: The captive retaining screws on the module should be tightened to
at least 4 inch-pounds, but no more than 8 inch-pounds, of torque.
