5. Troubleshooting
Code 7631: “Air out temp low” (Warning)
Situation
Solution
The ambient temperature in the
area of the projector is almost below
the minimum required operating
temperature of the projector.
Make sure that the ambient temperature is within specs: higher then 10°C (50°F). Let
the projector acclimate. Do not ignite the lamp, otherwise there is a risk for condensate.
Defect temperature sensor
(reference 11 image 5-27) which
measures the temperature at the air
outlet (projector rear side).
Replace the temperature sensor at the air outlet channel.

Code 7632: “Air out temp high” (Warning)
Situation
Solution
Blocked air inlet channel.
Ensure that the air inlets are not blocked. Provide a suf
fi
cient free area at the front of the
projector so that fresh air can freely enter the air inlet channel.
The wire unit of the temperature
sensor (NTC) of the air outlet
is disconnected from the Power
distribution board.
Check if the wire unit (reference 11 image 5-28) of the temperature sensor is connected
with the power distribution board.
Malfunction Fan Control board.
Replace the Fan Control Board. See "Replacing the Fan control board", page 278.
Defect temperature sensor
(reference 11 image 5-27) which
measures the temperature at the air
outlet (projector rear side).
Replace the temperature sensor at the air outlet channel.
