ERROR CH5/6 (red)
This LED lit up in case there are problems with operating the Zoom or Focus of the Lens. This is
caused by over-current or over-temperature of the driver. Possible problems are:
•
the electrical socket of the Lens or Lens Holder are damaged (short circuit).
•
the wire unit between Motor Control Board and Lens Holder socket is damaged (short circuit).
•
the mounted Lens is malfunctioning.
6
ERROR CH1 (red)
This LED lit up in case there are problems with the horizontal shift of the lens. Possible problems
are:
•
the wire unit of the stepper motor for horizontal shift is disconnected.
•
the wire unit of the stepper motor for horizontal shift is damaged (causing a open circuit
or short circuit).
•
the stepper motor for horizontal shift is malfunctioning.
7
ERROR CH2 (red)
This LED lit up in case there are problems with the vertical shift of the lens. Possible problems are:
•
the wire unit of the stepper motor for vertical shift is disconnected.
•
the wire unit of the stepper motor for vertical shift is damaged (causing a open circuit or
short circuit).
•
the stepper motor for vertical shift is malfunctioning.
8
ERROR CH7/8 (red)
This LED lit up in case there are problems with operating the Shutter or Contrast plate of the
projector. This is caused by over-current or over-temperature of the driver. Possible problems are:
•
the wire unit of the DC motor of the Shutter is damaged (causing a short circuit).
•
the wire unit of the DC motor of the Contrast plate is damaged (causing a short circuit).
•
the DC motor of the Shutter is malfunctioning.
•
the DC motor of the Contrast plate is malfunctioning.
9
ERROR CH4 (red)
Channel 4 is currently not used and thus this LED has no purpose (future expansion)
10
FPGA CONFIG (red)
This LED lit up during the start up of the Motor Control Board and in case the FPGA of the
Motor Control Board is not correctly loaded with the
fi
rmware. If this is the case try to reload the
fi
rmware and/or software of the Motor Control Board. If the problem remains replace the Motor
Control Board.
11
+3.3V OK (green)
This LED lit up in normal condition and indicates that the local gen3.3V is available. The
+3.3V is derived from the +12V which is generated by the Power Box.

SWITCH FORCE
BOOT
Keeping this switch pressed while powering the projector will force the Motor Control Board to run
in boot mode. As a result the MCB HEARTBEAT
fl
ashes twice a second.
