backup device after running the
recovery procedure.

No actions required.

Code 103002: “Storage: unsuccessful restoring” (Error)

Situation

Solution

The projector was not able to restore
the projector settings successfully
from the backup device.

The projector will still be operational. But if the Input & Communication unit has to be
replaced then the projector settings will be lost and needs to be manually uploaded. Note
this can only be done at factory or by quali

ed Barco service technicians.

To solve this issue save the projector Custom Settings and reboot the projector. If this
error persists, contact Barco for further actions.

Code 103003: “Storage: restoring without any preceding storing” (Info)

Situation

Solution

No data found in memory of backup
device.
