Maintenance printout

This is a function to print out the internal data (tag No., damping time constant, 

output range, input value, output value, etc....)of this instrument.
Can be used to record such things as the setting condition and fault condition of this 

instrument.

Procedure

Maintenance printout is performed using the following procedure.
This operation can also be performed during measurement.
