Appendix A: The vtel.ini configuration file
This appendix contains a generic version of the
vtel.ini
file, the file that is used for
configuring VTel. This file is, for the most part, self-documenting. However, in the following
presentation, additional comments are occasionally inserted.

If you have had VTel customized for you by Avaya, your
vtel.ini
file may
have more entries than are given here. If your file is designed for a specific
switch, it will have fewer entries than are given here. There may also be
some differences in the precise location of particular options.
Many options controlled by
vtel.ini
are either on or off. The following all signify ON
(they are not case sensitive):
