Troubleshooting
LED1 OPERATING and LED2 FAULT are used to diagnose the module operation.

1 or 6 blinks – network interface failure
Turn the device’s power off then on again. If
the problem persists, contact the service.

Check the network cable connection on
both sides.

3 blinks – no IP address received from the
DHCP server
Turn the device’s power off then on again. If
the problem persists, contact the network
administrator.
/ yellow
4 blinks – problem with communication
between module and cooperating device
Turn the device’s power off then on again. If
the problem persists, contact the service.
/ yellow
5 blinks – problem with module application Turn the device’s power off then on again. If
the problem persists, contact the service.
