Personal Directory
To allow easy dialing, you can create a
Personal Directory
that is only available from
your extension. You can also view and edit Personal Directory entries using the Deskset.

“Directory” on page 43
.
To add an entry to the Personal Directory:
1. In the navigation menu at left, click
Personal Directory
. The
Directory List
page
appears.
2. Click .
The
Add Personal Directory List
Entry
page appears.
3. Complete the form with the required information.
4. Click
to save. The Directory List appears with the entries added.
