Call processing timing connectors

The 

Call Proc Timing I/O A

 to 

D

 connectors located on the rear panel of the

MD8470A are 15-pin Mini D-Sub connectors used for input-

ting/outputting a signal related to call processing testing.  The bit data

input for bit error rate measurement and demodulation data output are

available.    The MD8470A comes with Slots A to D for attaching a sig-

nalling unit, and each A to D connector corresponds to Slots A to D of the

MD8470A, respectively.

Refer to the Operation Manual of the simulation kit for detailed use of the

The rear panel of the MD8470A has the 

VGA

 connector, which is an iden-

tical 15-pin Mini D-Sub connector.  Check the connector labels when

connecting and be careful so as not to connect to the wrong connection

point.
