Accelerometer Axis Measurement
The ADIS1700x delivers axis measurements from the on-board accelerometer. Measurements are collected at a pre-
defined sample rate and then down-sampled by averaging before making them available to the host application.
In the Smart Camera mode, the ADIS1700x Demo application continuously polls for these measurements and dis-
plays them in the
Main Menu under the
Measurements
tab.
Graphical Display
The measurements are displayed as a graph when the
Graph
option is selected. The graph is updated each time the
measurements are polled by the ADIS1700x Demo application. The
Graphical Display
figure shows a graph of the
accelerometer axis measurements. The vertical axis of the graph changes when the display is refreshed. To view a
fixed range, select the
Fixed range
option.
