The segment distributor head can have two
partition walls (Fig. 84/1) that are embedded in
the floor of the segment distributor head. By
pressing a button, the required partition wall is
lifted.
This provides the option to interrupt the seed
supply to the coulters on the right or left side of
the implement. At the same time, the seed rate is
automatically halved.

The partition walls (Fig. 85/1) can be individually
controlled using the control terminal of the job
computer. The partition walls are actuated by two
computer-controlled electric motors (Fig. 85/2).
