This command specifies the threshold value of the temperature change used to
judge whether the update of the dc offset values of the power detector is required.
<numeric>: Greater than or equal to 0 in 0.1°C steps.
If 0 is set, the temperature compensation is always required.

detector is required.
<numeric>: Greater than or equal to 0 in 0.1°C steps.
If 0 is set, the temperature compensation is always required.

This command performs the generator level temperature compensation, and it
returns the signal path to the previous setting. (Query only)
NOTE: Before executing this command, execute the COMP:TEMP:FREQ?

the COMP:TEMP:LEV? command and input the specified frequency and signal level to
the FROM DUPLEX OUT port.

Executed the temperature compensation but did not re-write the data,
because the measurement data values exceeds the internal limits. The
possible reason is that the cable connections are not correct or that the
level of the input signal to the FROM DUPLEX OUT port is not
correct.
