4.6   Measure the oil pressure in the accumulator

Procedure
1.

Open the film cutter.

Connect the hose of the oil pressure pump

to the quick coupling of film cutter cylinder.

3.

Set the oil pressure pump to ON.

4.

Measure the oil pressure in the accumulator:
• Accumulator 0.5 L: 16 bar (+/- 1 bar)
• Accumulator 0.75 L: 23 bar (+/- 1 bar)
a) If the oil pressure is correct, set the oil

pressure pump to OFF and disconnect

the hose.

b) If the oil pressure is more than or less

than the specified values go to step 5.

5.

Operate the oil pressure pump to pump oil into the system to increase the pressure to 30 bar.

Release the pressure from the system until

you get to the operation pressure value.
• Accumulator 0.5 L: 16 bar (+/- 1 bar)
• Accumulator 0.75 L: 23 bar (+/- 1 bar)
