NOTE:
The wrapping table turns to the loading position automatically after it stops.
3.5.1.2 Start wrapping manual mode
You cannot adjust the machine parameters in automatic mode. Set the E-Link Basic control to manual
mode to adjust the parameters.
Procedure
1.
Change to manual mode
a) Push the button to set the machine into manual mode.
NOTE:
Do a check on the E-Link Display to make sure that the machine is in manual mode.
b) Set the quantity of turns to wrap.
c) If the necessary quantity of turns is not correct do the "Calculate the number of turns" procedure.
2. NOTE:
After the necessary quantity of turns the machine automatically stops
NOTE:
After the machine automatically stops the machine table moves to the release position.
Start wrapping Push the button to start the wrapping operation.

Push the button to stop the wrapping operation
4.
Push the button to turn the wrapping table in the opposite direction of operation.
5.
Push the button to open the film cutter.
6.
Push the button to close the film cutter.
7.
Push the button to lift the wrapping table.
8.
Lower the wrapping table Push the button to lower the wrapping table.
3.5.2 Before you start to wrap
Procedure
1.
Pull the film from the film roll and attach it to the eye bracket on the film cutter.
2.
Make sure that the adjustments that follow are correct before wrapping with the machine.
1. Calculate the number of wraps
2. Adjust the speed that the discharge table lowers.
3. Adjust the film holder size.
4. Adjust the machine for bale sizes.
5. Adjust the film stretch.

3.5.3 Drive on slopes
IMPORTANT:
Risk of equipment damage.
Do not operate the machine on a slope of more than 8°.
