Push and hold the switch to the DOWN position to start the wrapper table.

Calculate the number of 360 degree turns necessary to wind film around the full surface of the bale:
° (AA + 1) x BB = YY
° AA = the number of 360 degree turns necessary to wind one layer of film around the bale.
° BB = the number of layers multiplied by the percentage of film overlap.
° YY = the total number of 360 degree turns that are necessary to wind film fully around the bale.
Example:
° Seven 360 degree turns are necessary to wind one layer of film around the bale.
° Sixteen 360 degree turns are necessary to wind four layers of film with 50% overlap.
° (7 + 1) x 2 = 16 rotations

Complete the procedure until the bale has the calculated number of layers of film.
9.
Push and hold the switch in the DOWN position to open the film clamp.
10.
Push and hold the switch in the UP position to move the wrapper table to the unload position.
11.
Push and hold the switch in the UP position to close the film cutter and cut the film.
12.
Release the bale from the wrapper table to the ground.
13.
Push and hold the switch in the DOWN position to lower the wrapper table to the horizontal
position.
14.
Push and hold the switch in the DOWN position to turn the wrapper table to the load position.
15.
Push and hold the button to make sure that the number of layers of film on the bale are correct.
16.
If necessary, change the digits shown on the screen to the calculated value (YY). Include more 360
degree turns if necessary:
° Push and hold the button until the digit has the correct value.
° Release the button to select the digit and to select the subsequent digit.
17.
Push and release the button to go back to the main menu.
