3.5.1 Before you operate the machine
Procedure
Before you operate the machine:
• Make sure that all first use procedures are done.
• Make sure that the maintenance is done.
• Make sure that all covers are closed and locked in position.
• Make sure that the wrapping table hydraulic valve is open.
• Make sure that the parts of the machine are in a good condition. Replace or repair damaged parts.
• Inflate the tyres of the transport wheels to the correct pressure.
• Make sure that there is no damage to the hydraulic hoses and the fluid level does not decrease.
• Make sure that the bale loading arm locking-pin is in the work position.
• Make sure that the bale end-tipper transport lock is in the work position (if installed).
• Make sure that the knife blade is in a serviceable condition. If necessary replace the knife blade.
3.5.1.1 Start wrapping auto mode
WARNING: Injury
A load on the table or loading arm can effect the movement of the tractor. Stop the tractor
if you release the load with the bale tipper device.
Procedure
1.
Make sure that the film is attached to the eye bracket or the film cutter.
2.
Make sure that the Machine is in the working position.
3.
Push the button
to set the machine into automatic mode.
NOTE:
Do a check on the E-Link Display to make sure that the machine is in automatic mode.
4.
Push and hold the button
until the bale loading arm is in the ground position.
5.
Use the tractor to align the bale loading arm to a bale.
6.
Move the tractor until the bale is fully in the fork of the loading arm.
7.
Push and hold the button
until the bale is on the wrapping table.
8.
Push and hold the button
until the bale loading arm is in the ground position.
9.
Push and hold the button
for three seconds to start the wrapping procedure.
NOTE:
Let the wrapping table move to the unloading position before you continue.
NOTE:
After the necessary number of turns, the wrapping table moves to the release position
10.
Push and hold the button
until it stops.
NOTE:
The film cutter operates and the bale is released to the ground.
11.
Push and hold the button
until it stops.
