Incorrect speed adjustment.
Adjust the speed in accordance with good
dental practice.
Wrong contra-angle.
- Change the contra-angle.

No spray
Irrigation solution bag or bottle empty.
Replace the bag or bottle of irrigation
solution.
Irrigation off. Press the irrigation ON/OFF button.
Irrigation line clogged. Change irrigation line.
Line end piece on contra-angle clogged. Clear the contra-angle line end piece.
Unsuitable spray Incorrect irrigation flow rate adjustment. Adjust the irrigation flow rate.
Micro-motor does not
operate
Faulty micro-motor cord connector
electrical contacts. Clean the electrical contacts of the micro-
motor cord connectors.
Faulty micro-motor electrical contacts.
Clean the electrical contacts of the micro-
motor.
Micro-motor cord wires cut.
Return to SATELEC after-sales to replace
the cord.
Motor damaged.
Return to SATELEC after-sales to replace
the motor.
Power fault
weak tip vibration.
Tip worn or distorted. Replace the tip.
Incorrect power adjustment.
Refer to the Tipbook for the necessary
information.
Incorrect use: incorrect angle of attack or
inadequate pressure on the tooth. Refer to the Tipbook for the necessary
information.
Liquid or moisture present between
handpiece and cord.
Dry the electrical contacts thoroughly.
No ultrasonic function
Incorrect tip tightening. Retighten the tip with the wrench.
Faulty connector contact. Clean the connector contacts.
Handpiece cord wire cut.
Return to SATELEC after-sales to replace
the cord.
Leak between the

Worn handpiece 1.15x1 seal. Replace the seal (kit F12304).
