Caution:
Do not use your insulin pump for the delivery of medications
other than short-acting insulin U100 or fast-acting U100 insulin analogues
as prescribed by your doctor and/or your health care team. The delivery of
other medications may lead to malfunction of your insulin pump and
endanger your health.
Caution:
Your insulin pump has been developed for use with 3.0 ml glass
cartridges.
The 3.0 ml glass cartridge, 3.15 ml plastic cartridge and the filling needle
are
sterile products intended for single use only
. Sterility is guar-
anteed for unopened packaging up to the indicated expiration date.
Do
not use if package is damaged
. Do not reuse single use materials.
Reuse of single use materials might lead to a malfunction of your insulin
pump and to incorrect insulin delivery and/or an infection. Always handle
the items with clean hands.
Caution:
Use specified cartridges only. The use of other cartridges can
lead to malfunction of your insulin pump and endanger your health and
will void the warranty.

and changes made using the Accu-Chek DiaLog Pump Programming tool.
2. Choose basal rate profile A or B by pressing

The daily basal rate total is displayed. (In this example the
daily basal rate total is 18.0 units.)
3. Confirm with

4. Press

repeatedly to display the individual hourly basal
rates. The basal rate for each individual hour is shown in U/h
(units per hour).
You have two options for returning to
RUN
:
Option A
1. Press
f
once.
The daily basal rate total is displayed.
2. Check the daily basal rate total and confirm it within 20 se-
conds* with
f
.
After a short pause, the programmed basal rates are saved
and your insulin pump returns to
RUN.
Option B
Wait for 20 seconds*, your insulin pump automatically returns
to
RUN
(timeout).
