Meaning
Auto learn
If you select this item, you can walk through
your premises and activate the detectors one
after the other (by triggering the tamper
contacts). The detectors send a learn message
and the panel now automatically stores the
book-in messages in sequence according to
the zone locations.
Delete All
Deletes all trained radio detectors and zone
attributes.
Zone nn
Here you can:
a)
manually teach a detector for this zone
b)
delete a detector from this zone without
deleting the zone attribute
c)
delete a detector and its zone attribute
IMPORTANT:
If a detector has been trained for a zone, the panel
displays the
symbol next to the zone number.

If you confirm
Auto learn
, you see the following graphic display:
Now trigger the tamper contact of the detector. The detector sends
the learn message to the radio alarm station. If you do not want to train
any further detectors, press the control button
under the word
Back
.
If the panel receives the message, you receive the following graphic
display:
This display shows you which zone the detector has been trained for,
the zone type programmed for this zone, the partition in which the
detector is monitored, and the zone attributes. You also see
SS
:, which
shows the received signal strength. This value should be higher than 3
for good communication.
Now teach the next detector.
After teaching all detectors, you can
scroll through the display and:
change the setting for this zone by pressing the control button
under the word

View the attribute of the next detector by pressing the control button
under the word
