Behaviour of the panel during mains failure 

If the panel is unset it will display a message after several minutes. In 
addition the  user of the panel will be notified when the panel is being 
armed and the displays backlight illumination turns off. 
If the panel is set, the displays backlight illumination turns off as well. The 
user will be notified only after unsetting the system. If the panel is 
programmed to transmit the alarm via Contact ID or SIA 1 Full it will 
transmit the alarm to the monitoring station.  
If you have selected the mains failure as an event trigger for a speech 
message you can also transmit a speech message. 
Under no circumstances the panel will activate a local alarm.
