command to configure a maintenance association end point on a UNI port.

mep-index
: MEP’s own identity in the MA. For a
given MA, each MEP ID must be unique
throughout the network defined by the MD. The
MEP ID is defined in the range 1-8191.
ma-index
: Maintenance association index with
which the MEP is associated.
priority
: CCM and CTM frames are
transmitted according to this specified IEEE
802.1p priority. The priority is also used in LTR
frames originating from this MEP.
