3.5 I Installing the pH minus injection and suction hoses
• When handling chemical products, always use appropriate safety equipment
(safety glasses, gloves and jacket).
The peristaltic pump rotates in the clockwise direction. The acid (pH minus) is therefore fed into the left side of the pump
and injected into the tank from the right. The direction of flow of the pump can be identified on the pH Link or Dual Link
module from the two dedicated arrows.

3.5.1 Installing the pH minus injection line
•
Remove the protective cover from the peristaltic pump,
see figure
.
•
Cut a suitable length of hose from the coil supplied to connect the peristaltic pump to the injection check
valve of the POD kit.
•
Unscrew the connector cap and attach the hose to the connector at the outlet of the peristaltic pump,
see
figure
.
•
Attach the other end of the hose to the injection check valve of the POD kit,
see figure
.
