Transmission of *.ini files
Send the *.ini file and the first *.ini file created in preparation for the lamp
replacement (see Chapter “2 Getting device information”, Step “9 Create
*.ini file” on page 10) to the Service Department of Carl Zeiss Spectroscopy
GmbH.

Re-install Corona extreme
Disconnect the
Corona extreme
measuring system from the test PC and the
laboratory power supply.
Re-install the
Corona extreme
measuring system in its original position
in accordance with the specifications contained in the “Corona extreme”
operating manual.
