Replacing the halogen lamp

Remove the lamp holder
Unscrew the two Torx screws

from the lamp holder. Use a TX 25 Torx
screwdriver for this.
Remove the entire lamp holder – consisting of the upper lamp holder ring

and lower lamp holder ring

together with the old halogen lamp

carefully upwards.
Place the lamp holder on a clean surface.

Replace the halogen lamp
Lift the upper lamp holder ring

off the lower lamp holder ring

Put the gloves on.
Replace the old halogen lamp

with a new one from Maintenance
Package 1.
Replace the O-ring with a new one

after each lamp replacement.
Place the upper lamp holder ring back on the lower lamp holder ring.
Ensure that the holes match!

Some type A lamps are installed
without the lower lamp holder
ring.
In this case, the lamp is replaced
as described here, but without
the lower lamp holder ring.
