Capturing Packets

You can capture packets in three ways: capturing the packets via web user interface, on the remote control or using

the Ethernet software. You can analyze the packet captured for troubleshooting.

The video conferencing system supports the following two modes for capturing packets:

: directly exporting the packets file to local PC while capturing.

Normal

: manually exporting the packets file to local PC after stopping capturing.

•
