This message appears after the print quality adjustment (PQA) is
completed under these conditions:
•
You specified STOP with the PQA command.
•
You pressed the Stop button.
•
You entered the PQA CANCEL command.
If you entered the PQA CANCEL command, the housing on
which the PQA was being performed will not be ready.
Action
Make sure the appropriate stock is loaded.
OS2692
Empty output tray
This message appears after the print quality adjustment (PQA) is
completed if you specified STOP with the PQA command. For a
two-tray system, the selected output tray must be empty for the
print quality adjustment to start.
Action
None.
OS2693
Ensure proper stock is loaded and sample tray is empty
This message appears to remind you to load the correct stock.
Action
Load the proper stock and verify the tray is empty.
OS2700
Key-in lost. Re-enter.
The system could not process the command you entered
because another process temporarily conflicted with it.
Action
Wait a few moments and reenter the command.
OS2701
Enter ‘STOP Q’ ; then re-enter command
The Queue Manager cannot process the command you entered.
You need to stop the Queue Manager before you enter the
command.
Action
Enter the STOP Q command and retry the operation.
OS2705
Recovery in process . . . keyin not allowed.
Recovery is currently in progress. The system ignored your
request.
Action
Wait for recovery to complete. Follow any additional instructions
the system provides.
OS2710
Invalid command re-enter.
You entered a command the system does not recognize, or you
incorrectly entered a command.
Action
Reenter the command correctly. If the message reappears, you
cannot use the command with your system.
