The Intercom Call Back feature is used to queue for an extension that may be busy or
unattended.
The next time the extension, with an active call back queued becomes idle, this feature will
automatically ring the telephone that initiated the Call Back. When the initiator presses the
speaker button or lifts the handset, the extension with the queued Call Back will automati-
cally begin ringing.
Conditions
1.
An Extension can initiate one Call Back
2.
No one Extension can have more than 5 Call Back queued at one time.
Intrusion

Extension
If “Intrusion” is allowed, an extension can join an active call by accessing the extension’s
DSS/BLF. This feature can be very effective for observing or training new personnel or any-
time multiple people may want to be on one active call.
