Every CO Line can have Call Back requests by all extensions at the same time.

Every extension may Call Back only one busy CO Line at the same time.

The Call Back Alerting Ring Time is 10 seconds. If the call back goes unanswered during
the 10 seconds ring time the call back is canceled.

CO Lines that have Call Back requests will recall the Call Back initiator. The Call Back CO
Line will become available to other extensions if the call back extension doesn't answer
within 10 seconds.

Call Back from an extension using a Pooled Group button for access of CO Lines will set
the call back to all the lines in the Pooled Group. When any one of the lines in the
Pooled Group becomes available the user must lift the handset or press the reply soft
key to be connected to the available line from the Pooled Group.
7.
During the time that the Call Back is recalling the initiator, a new incoming call will take
precedence over Call Back and will be answered when the extension goes off hook.

The system can accommodate up to eight (8), 4 member (party) conferences, simulta-
neously. Conference combinations, all conferences require one extension and can support
up to three additional CO Lines or Extensions, to a maximum of 4 conference members.
One inside key telephone extension is considered the controller of the conference, and
constitutes one conference member.
Conditions
1.
While establishing a conference or privately talking to one party all extensions involved
in the conference will be placed on Exclusive Hold.
2.
If the initiator exits the conference the most recently invited, internal party, will auto-
matically become the new controlling party.
3.
If the Conference Tone is enabled, a burst of tone will be heard by all participants each
time a new participant joins the conference.
4.
A three party conference must be established before adding the fourth party. The initia-
tor makes the first two calls, and places them on hold, then presses the conference but-
ton. This creates a three party conference. To add the additional conference member,
the initiator presses hold, makes the final call, and presses the conference button.
