The Tone sender anayizes all outgoing CO Line calls to ensure proper operation. Changing
this parameter to “No” could result in improper operation; in the unlikely event of glare,
the call status will be one-way only.

Single Line Telephone –Hook ‐ Switch Flash

This is a compensation timer that allows the programmer to adjust signaling characteristics
of SLT telephones so that they are properly interpreted by the system. Programming pro-
vides a timer with a start and end time.
•
Hook-switch operations shorter than the start time will be ignored
•
Hook-Switch operations longer than the start time but shorter than the end
time will be interpreted as a Hook-switch Flash
•
Hook-Switch operations longer than the end time will be interpreted as a
disconnect.
Start Time
Data Range: 60—1400 milliseconds
Factory Setting: 200 milliseconds
End Time
Data Range: 100—1500 milliseconds
Factory Setting: 1500 milliseconds
