Clearing Jams

This section describes removing media jams from specific locations.

Warning:

Remove jams slowly and carefully to prevent tearing
the paper. Media scraps in the printer can become a
fire hazard.

Clearing an Output Area Jam

If the jam occurs when the media is almost out of the printer, gently
pull the media the rest of the way out of the printer.
