Sabbath Mode - SM15TF/S and GM15TF/S

When a temperature or power level has been selected and after 60 seconds when no inputs are detect-

ed, the control will exit user option mode and Sabbath Mode will be engaged.
When Sabbath Mode is engaged all displays will be turned off at all times with the exception of the

in the 2 digit display and the hot surface indicator.
When Sabbath Mode is engaged there will be no annunciator tones. The only exception would be a pri-
•
ority 1 error, in which case the error would sound and the unit would disengage Sabbath Mode and
enter an Error Mode.
During Sabbath Mode, the hot surface indicator will be visible at all times.
•
During Sabbath Mode there will be no operational time limit.
•
All element assemblies and power levels will otherwise function normally in Sabbath mode including the
•
ON/OFF
pad.
Temperature or power level adjustments can be made using the power level settings or the temperature
•
“+”
or
“-”
pads. The only user feedback will be based on unit performance.

- Boil Dry or Dry Start error.

In the event of boil dry or dry start, the unit will not sound or display an error.

Unit will not enter lock mode.

A touch of the
ON/OFF
pad resumes operation as long as Boil Dry or Dry Start criteria have been

pad disengages Sabbath mode.

Sabbath mode will NOT be restored after a power failure.

There is no Sabbath Mode for the CI152TF/S, FM15TF/S, and the TM15TF/S.
