26) ‘PLC Outputs’ Screen

The

‘PLC Outputs’

screen displays sixteen buttons. Each of these

output buttons controls a PLC output directly. To test these
functions, stop the machine and remove any unformed cases from
the magazine. Then touch each button. When a button is touched,
it will illuminate and that machine component will function. If it
does not function, inspect and repair the component. Touch the

‘PREVIOUS’

button in the bottom right-hand corner of the

‘PLC

Outputs’

screen to return to the

‘Troubleshooting’

screen. Touch

the

‘MAIN CONTROL’

button in the bottom left-hand corner of the

screen to bring up the

‘Main Control’

screen.
