4 - Lubricate and Assemble the Stitch Head - Check the Position of the Wire-holder - front-to-back

G8 Stitch Head Maintenance Kit Instructions

Step

Action

Information

Remove the wire-holder from the
stitch head.

Discard the piece of stitch-wire.

Loosen but do not remove the
grub-screw.

Loosen the lock nut and adjust the
position of the eccentric adjuster
screw.

Tighten the grub-screw.

Tighten the lock nut and fit the
wire-holder to the stitch head.

Hold the eccentric adjuster screw
in position when you tighten the
lock nut.

Repeat the check and adjustment
procedure until the wire-holder is
in the correct position.

loaded in the wire-holder.
