3 - Fit the New Parts - Replace the Cutter Box Components

G8 Stitch Head Maintenance Kit Instructions

Tools:

• Allen key: 2.5mm
• Screwdriver: flat-blade
• Loctite 222
• Klüber Isoflex NBU 15 grease

Step

Action

Information

Loosen but do not remove the
fixed-cutter clamp-screw (A) that
holds the fixed cutter in position.

Lubricate the cutter box.

Fit the cutter operating slide into
the cutter box without the spring.
