4 - Lubricate and Assemble the Stitch Head - Fit the Driving Slide

G8 Stitch Head Maintenance Kit Instructions

Align the hole in the driving slide
with the hole in the feed rack.

Insert but do not tighten the retain-
ing screw.

Make sure there is a minimum
clearance of 0.40 mm between
each side of the driving slide and
the bonnet.

Tighten the retaining screw.

Push the assembly backward and
forward to make sure the assem-
bly moves freely.
