4 - Lubricate and Assemble the Stitch Head - Fit the Upper Wire Tube and the Wire Guide Plate

G8 Stitch Head Maintenance Kit Instructions

Make sure the wire feed cam is
in the ‘wire feed on’ position.

the teeth of the large feed

gear must engage with the teeth of the
small feed gear.

Put a 2.5mm Allen key into the
position shown in

Insert the upper wire tube into
the feed gear bracket until the
upper wire tube touches the
2.5mm Allen key.

Note:

The Allen key gives the correct

clearance between the upper wire tube
and the feed gears. This clearance pre-
vents damage to the end of the upper
wire tube.

Use a 2mm Allen key to set the
clearance between the upper
wire tube and the feed slide
