Fit the G20199B-1 lower wire
tube base.

• Engage the plain hole in the

G20199B-1 lower wire tube base
with the wire straightener roll stud.
Make sure the grooved side of the
G20199B-1 lower wire tube base
faces upward.

Fit the G20208D wire straight-
ener roller to the wire straight-
ener roll stud.

• Make sure the larger diameter of the

G20208D wire straightener roller
faces outward.

• Fit a new

G20213 wire straightener

roll clip to hold the G20208D wire
straightener roller in position.

Fit the G20206B wire straight-
ener eccentric to the cutter box.

• Fit the 4 x wire straightener disk

• Tighten the M4 nut until moderate

force is needed to turn the G20206B
wire straightener eccentric.

• Lock the M4 nut in position with the

2nd M4 nut.

Fit the G20208B wire straight-
ener roller to the G20206B wire
straightener eccentric.
