4 - Lubricate and Assemble the Stitch Head - Fit the Pivot Block and Lubricate and Fit the Wire-holder

G8 Stitch Head Maintenance Kit Instructions

Fit the pivot block to the bonnet.

Fit and tighten the fixing screws.

[3000K/8000K Only]

Inspect the wire-holder for wear.

Look for erosion and loss of defini-
tion on the contact surfaces.

• If the wire-holder is not worn,

then go to the next step.

• If the wire-holder is worn, replace

the wire-holder with one from the
G8 Supplementary Stitch Head
Maintenance Kit. Go to the next
step.

If you fit a new wire-holder, you
must check the position of the
wire-holder after you fit the stitch
head to the PSQ.
