G8 Stitch Head Maintenance Kit Instructions

4.3

Lubricate and Fit the Feed Rack

Tools:

• Allen key: 6mm
• Feeler gauge: 0.40mm
• Klüber Isoflex NBU 15 grease.

Step

Action

Information

Lubricate each side of the bender
bar assembly.

Note:

Do not lubricate the last

20mm of the bender bar. Grease
on the last 20mm of the bender
bar will transfer to the books.

Slide the bender bar assembly into
the bonnet.
