4 - Lubricate and Assemble the Stitch Head - Adjust the Wire Straightener

G8 Stitch Head Maintenance Kit Instructions

Tools:

• Screwdriver: flat-blade
• Stitch-head crank tool - supplied with the machine. See

FIGURE 4:35.

Step

Cover the stitch position optical
sensor.

• Open the folder cover.
• Put a piece of paper over the

optical sensor next to the
stitch head.

• Close the folder cover.

Turn on the Wire Feed.

• Touch

Lift the PSQ main deck.

Get the stitch head crank tool
from the storage position on the
side of the stitch wire cabinet.

to the small feed gear on the
stitch head.

• Rotate the stitch head crank

tool to the right

appears from the end of the
lower wire tube.
