4 - Lubricate and Assemble the Stitch Head - Clincher to Stitch Head Alignment. Side-to-side.

G8 Stitch Head Maintenance Kit Instructions

Manually operate the stitch head
until the bender bar and driver are
at the top of their travel or ‘top dead
centre’.

Use the hand crank to operate the
stitch head.

Compare the centre line of the stitch
head with the centre line of the
clincher.

The alignment must be as shown in
the diagram to the right.

Adjust the alignment as necessary.

Manually operate the stitch head to
complete the cycle.

Remove the piece of paper on the
optical sensor and fit the wire-holder
to the stitch head.
