Using a pattern

W6 tip

You can order a freehand embroidery frame compatible with your sewing
machine in two different sizes from our W6 Wertarbeit online shop in the Spare
Parts category.

11.14 Sewing in zippers: program 002

Only use the 002 straight stitch pattern when sewing in zippers.

Use a

W6 Super Stretch 90 (HAx1SP) needle for stretch and non-

stretch fabrics

or a W6 Super Stretch 75 (HAx1SP) needle for thinner

fabrics. If necessary, install a special needle.

•

You are using W6 plastic bobbins and thread tension-friendly and lint-free
W6 thread.

•

The presser foot that matches the pattern is installed.

CAUTION

Risk of injury posed by breaking needles

If the sewing needle touches the zip teeth during sewing, there is a risk of being
injured by breaking needles.
