XR3D-6 Maintenance & Troubleshooting

1. Log in as an Administrator and test the camera with the camera testing software to ensure a

live picture is displayed.

2. Ensure there is no item in the tunnel.

As long as there is no item in the tunnel to trigger the

sensor, X-rays are not generated.

3. Verify the camera LED is orange when the BioSans© application

is running.

4. Verify USB is securely seated in the Computer (accessed

through the security panel at the top of the scanner).
