XR3D-6 Maintenance & Troubleshooting

5. In VOTI's Diagnostic Tool application:

a. Click

Program Voltage

to set the anode voltage.

The unit is 0.1 KV. Set the operating voltage at 160 KV, therefore, enter

1600

and click

b. Click

Program Current

to set the tube current.

The unit is 1 µA. Set the operating current at 100 µA, therefore, enter

1000

and click

6. Select

Tube Re-Seasoning > Profile > Idle *

Select the correct idle time depending on the time the unit has not been powered, for
example,

Idle 3-30 Days

7. Select

Tube Re-Seasoning > Seasoning > Start Seasoning

The

Voltage Set Point

and

Current Set Point

areas flash yellow.
