Eccellenza Café – Service Manual

Replacing the Whipper Vacuum Fan

With the power to the machine switched off, remove the machine’s top cover and

then the left side panel.

Remove the screw that secures the fan to the rear of the machine. It is located at

the back (outside) of the machine.

Disconnect the wiring to the fan, and remove the vacuum tube connected to the

front of the fan.

Tilt the top of the fan slightly and remove it.

To install the replacement fan, follow these same instructions, but in the reverse

order.
