Eccellenza Café – Service Manual

Installing the Brewer

Make certain that the brewer pin is properly aligned with the brewer motor coupling.

If it’s not aligned, use the optional brewer crank tool to adjust the brewer pin.

Sit the brewer onto the two lower latches.

Push the top of the brewer towards the rear, making certain the brewer pin engages

properly into the brewer motor coupling. Once coupled, push the top of the brewer

towards the rear until it engages with the two upper latches. If done properly, the

brewer will now be locked in place.
