Eccellenza Café – Service Manual

August 5, 2013

While lifting the brewer, tilt the spout bracket upwards and to the back until it clears

the brewer spout. If done properly, the brewer spout will enter the hole on the spout

support plate and secure it in place.

Reconnect the powder and hot water hoses to the spout support (if they were

removed).

Insert the flavor tubes (convoluted tubing) into the clip on the brewer.
