Fuses
5 Amp Fuse Blowing
►
If fuse blows when machine is powered-up, check the following;
o
Exhaust fan
o
Front board
o
Rear board
o
Wiring
►
If fuse blows when a “
COFFEE
” is brewed, check the following;
o
Coffee valve
o
Coffee dispenser motor
o
Brewer motor
o
Inlet valve
o
Wiring
►
If fuse blows when a “
CHOCOLATE
” is brewed, check the following;
o
Whipper motor and/or transformer
o
Chocolate dispenser motor
o
Chocolate valve
o
Inlet valve
o
Wiring
15 Amp Fuse Blowing
►
Verify the wiring to the high-power components of the water tank.
►
Make certain all wiring terminals are pushed completely onto the tabs of the high-
power components.
►
Replace any damaged or burnt wiring terminals on high-power components.
►
Heater element may be damaged – replace heater element
(P/N - E310016)
.
►
Heater relay may be defective – replace heater relay
(P/N - M018R08)
.
►
Check the wiring inside the fuse box and on the 15 amp fuse holder
(P/N - E110114)
– repair or replace any damaged components.
Overflows
Cup Tray Overflow
►
The cup tray may be full of liquid – clean and dry the catch.
►
The “
HOT WATER
” valve may be leaking – repair or replace the valve
(P/N - M029082)
.
►
The “
CHOCOLATE
” valve may be leaking – repair or replace the valve
(P/N - M029082)
.
►
Check the brewer home position – if the piston stops below the pour spout creating
constant dripping after each cup, correct the home position by adjusting the brewer
“
HOME
” switch
(P/N - M019399)
.
►
If no overflow is present, the rear board may be wet – thoroughly dry or replace the
rear board
(P/N - G410232MIO)
.
Water Tank Overflow
►
The overflow cup may be full of liquid – clean and dry the cup.
►
Equipment may have been moved, causing water to spill out of the water tank.
►
Water tank may be boiling over – reduce the water temperature.
►
Water level probes may require cleaning.
►
Water level probes may not be pushed completely into the grommets – adjust the
probes.
►
Inlet valve may be leaking – replace the inlet valve
